1. A course can be cancelled seven days before the start date. Cancellation will result in 80% of the submitted fee being returned to the student within seven days.

2. A course can be withdrawn until seven days after the start of the course. The withdrawal will result in 60% fee reimbursement within seven days.

3. Seven or more days after the start of the course, the course cannot be cancelled or withdrawn. No fee will be reimbursed.
